2018 PRESEASON WORKOUT FOR HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS

Wednesdays, September 5th - October 24th
Varsity Players: 2:00 - 3:30 p.m.
Junior Varsity Players: 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.
Incoming Freshman: 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
*Reminder, Beaverton school district lets out early on Wednesdays
Location: The Courts, 14523 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, OR 97005
Single Session: $30
(Player picks a single session they would like to attend.)
8 Sessions: $175
(Attend on Wednesdays for the entire 8 weeks.)

Incoming High School players (boys and girls) will not want to miss out on our Preseason Workout Series this fall.  Workouts will be held once per week for 8 weeks and afford players in the Portland area to take part in detailed workouts with players from other schools in the area.  Workouts are for Male and Female players, with players working out in separate groups. This is a great chance to receive college-level instruction in a high repetition environment. Whether you are the best player on your team, trying to move up the roster, or simply trying to make the team - these sessions will provide a fantastic environment for improving. Sessions begin on Wednesday, September 5th and run through October 24th.  Players are more than welcome to jump into the series at any time, with fee’s prorated on a weekly basis.
